Cold as Ice

What you need:

A balloon
water
A sink
A pen
A tape measure
A freezer

What to do

Carefully fill the balloon ¾ with water and tie the top.
Measure the distance round the balloon at the widest point.
Put the balloon in a freezer overnight.
Take it out and look closely to see what has happened.

What happened

The circumference of the balloon increased by 3 cm.

Conclusion:

When water freezes it expands.

Titanic Art

The Titanic

In 1912 April the Titanic set off. It was its first time on the water. It was night time. The captain saw an iceberg. He thought the Titanic would go through it but when he went through it and the pot rivets shot off the Titanic. The steel  ripped off the boat. It started to sink. The women went on the little lifeboats. The men had to stay on the boat. The boat was getting steeper and steeper the men had to hold onto the railings for their life! The Titanic was still sinking  but it stopped  and then the water pulled it in and there was nothing left of the ship.

Lions live in Africa baby lions drink the mother's milk. A lick shows lions like each other.
